happy Easter!

I hope everyone had a great Easter and everyone remembers why we celebrate Easter! Curtis and I had a great Easter Weekend. We had his Family gathering Saturday. The Richey Easter Egg Hunt. Which is his whole family!! Then Sunday we went to Enon for Easter Service and had  a lovely Easter lunch with my family. It was so good to spend the weekend with family! Also Curtis and I went for a ride on the motorcycle, went up to a tunnel in the mountains. We had to stop there because we were getting to close to NC which we would have to wear helmets. It was a good weekend!

Pen-Pals and Egg Salad??

Hey Y’all! How is everyone on the fine Wednesday afternoon?? I am doing great, I have had a good day today, though it has been low-key and relax day… The weather man is calling for rain today… so the clouds are getting dark and I hear a storm coming. So I thought lets do a post before the storm and maybe take a nap (: I love some rainy day nap taken!!! 🙂

Well Today when I checked the mail I had a Pen-Pal letter!! I have also go another one last week… But this one was pink! lol I Have a couple I am going to get mailed out that I written today. I think it is so cool that people are still hand-writing letters. It is so old fashion and neat. 🙂 Miss Kellie has started the whole pen-pal thing… you can go on over there and sign up!! So you are probley thinking where is the egg salad???? Well Last night I made egg Salad which I craving… Odd?? So I made egg salad and Carter watched hoping he would get some! I added tuna to my egg salad to add some meat to it plus I love tuna!! I tried the new Olive Oil Mayo.. which it was pretty tasty for mayo.. Even though it wasn’t Dukes Mayo… hehe. So I took some photos! (:

Spring!

♥ Spring has made it! It has started today on this chilly, cloudy Sunday. Today has been a really good day and the weekend was great! Well everything was great… I have been a little down all because of my weight. But I am not really wanting to talk about it.  But talking about helps right? Lets just say I stepped on a scale and well I didn’t like what it said….

♥ The good part of this weekend was that Kayla and I had a mini girls night! We went to a new place in downtown Greenville, which it was packed of people! It was so pretty and warm!! Well we ate at Carolina Ale. It was amazing!! They have the greatest burgers we have ever ate!!

♥ So how was everyones weekend?? Today the car got a flat!! Curtis found a piece of metal from a car rim in the tire.. He hopes that he fixed the flat! I hope so too!! Curtis is off next weekend and I am glad he is!! Curtis is hoping to fix his bike or at least start it. He said we should be riding it sometime next week! Which will be awesome!! I am ready to start riding. All of our friends are out riding and do things together and we can’t! 😦 So hopefully soon we can be joining the gang here soon!!

Spring is in the Air! Hello Wednesday! No Mid week blues here!

Today has been a very lovely day, I went to lunch with my love muffin to Summa Joe’s and had some yummy Bob Marley pizza. Well i talked to my mama this afternoon and she is doing good,  just she is not feeling to well. I am going to call her later to check up on how she is feeling. HMMM… Well I have a 8 day goal; who wants to hear it??? I am starting spring cleaning!!! We are leaving in 8 days for the mountains, so during these 8 days I planning on cleaning the house from top to bottom! SO when we come home the house will be spotless and the house will be nice and clean for miss Latoya (:  So I hope to blog each day of what I finish, though yall might not care. lol. I also want to finish the door within this these days.

Today I am going to be working on the laundry. Finishing washing and folding them. We have the problem after we wash our clothes we just put them on the table and not fold them. So thats whats I am doing today. Which I am almost done. I have taken a photo of the huge pal of clothes to share but I post it later tonight. Well I might. its kinda embarrassing. I am going to go now.. gotta get to cleaning! (:

Spring is in the Air…

It’s Spring, though it feels like summer.
So how was everybody Easter weekend? Ours was great.

Friday I went to the lake with Curtis and Kayla and her sister and her good friend Cathy.. It was a blast. We laid out, tanned and swim in Ice cold lake water. Curtis got super burned!! His poor belly is our bedroom red!! I also got a little sun. We also got some yard work done.. can’t wait to start planting some flowers.. I am wanting a yellow bush and some firms.. Curtis has basically cut down all the bushes in the front yard.  here is a photo I know.. they are super cute. if only I knew what they were called.. But when I went to pick the girls up. Everytime Kayla  saw a yellow bush she yelled out “YELLOW BUSH’!! haha good times good times. To the right is me and Kayla and her sister Jessi.. we are all crazy.. We went to target and wanted to buy new swim suits. Which Kayla brought a super cute yellow tube 2 piece suit.. its is super cute.. I also got a teal tube 2 piece suite.. Its girly but it reminds me of pin-up girls. I love it and its fits perfect!!  I want to upload the photo of it.. its not wanting to let me upload it.. ugh i hate At&t internet. it so slow

Saturday We went to the Richey Egg Hunt. Which was really fun. I got to meet his a lot of his family. I really enjoyed it and I think Curtis did too (: Ok so I can upload small pics. I can’t up load photos from my cam bc my dang net is too slow.

Sunday Easter! It was fun. We went to Curtis’ Sisters’ house, Amanda. We were going to go to church and my family’s from lunch. But I woke up not feeling well with a really bad headache. I baked a cake.. Cherry Coke Chocolate Cake!! It was very yummy!!! It was a big hit!!! I will post the recipe if anyone is wanting it. This weekend was really fun and good. I really enjoyed Curtis being home this weekend too and we got to spend some time together. I wish I could post more photos.
