So Ready for Friday!

happy Wednesday!

I have been super busy today! I have been cleaning like crazy and I cooked a roast for dinner!! The house smells really good and nice. I wish it looked the clean all the time! haha!! (:  Well I tried using my chalk board paint to finish my frame for the kitchen, but it dried really funny.. Idk just looks odd now.

Well I am hoping to start painting the kitchen this Friday  and work in the yard Saturday! We are painting the kitchen Olive Green! I am super excited.. I think it will make the kitchen look ten times better than it does now! I can’t wait to get started. Anywho I did finish painting my front door red.. I have pics, but I can’t find my SD card to post a photo 😦 But as soon I as I find it I will post it! I know a few of you want to see it!!

Well Tomorrow my sister is coming up, we are having a Bible study with an old friend of the family’s. We are excited to see her again! I am not going to say names because she might not want me to. hmmm lets see what else is new…. Curtis is working this weekend, but on the 26th I am planning a girls night out… I hope I can get a good group of girls together. I am excited to have a night with us girls!

I have lost some weight!! I am not sure what my weight is, bc I am not wanting to put a scale in the house bc I will weigh myself 20 times a day!!! But I can fit into my Buckle jeans a size 6/8 not sure what the size is, but that good right? My butt has gotta smaller!!! yay! I have been taking green tea, cooking more, and doing work outs, and jogging everyday. Unless it rains I can’t jog. But I am happy. I am going to get fit for the summer!!! I gotta fit into that cute pink bikini! 🙂 and look good!! WEll i am going to go guys… I am going to get ready for bed time!

Holiday Diet update/goals

Here is a small update; I am doing ok. I did really bad yesterday. I had pie and muffins. I made homemade apple spiced muffins. They were amazing though! I am going to have some re do some of my goals and eating.

Goals

  • buy water; drink it too
  • get up at 9 to jog
  • start working on some crafts I want to do
  • eat less sweets
  • workout more
  • try not to eat out
  • start my new book

Things not to eat:

  • beef
  • chicken
  • white bread
  • candy
  • chips
  • no soda

Things to eat less of:

  • sweet tea
  • coffee
  • chocolate
  • pork

Things to get more and do

  • fish
  • turkey
  • milk
  • eggs
  • veggies
  • fruit
  • salads
  • tofu
  • jog

I have do good today just the rain the past two days I haven’t been able to get out and jog. I hoping I get out tomorrow and go jogging and my bug should be fixed too. I am wanting to start eating 6 small meals a day. Breakfast (big) Snack (fruit, yogurt) Lunch ( salad, sandwich) snack (smoothie or snack bar) Dinner ( something small) snack Try not to eat after 7 pm

I am going to try not to get upset, I am going to try and stay positive!

Holiday Diet Plan.

Ok this is  a note/Blog for a diet I am wanting to do and I want to start now. I  think If I diet before and after each holiday (thanksgiving and Christmas) that It wont be so bad to eat like crazy on those too days.

So for every diet you have to have some type of plan with goals, right? I would love to get down back to my normal weight when I 1st met Curtis back in Summer of 09 (150 lbs) Ok some say that is too low, but that is normal for my height and age. Some say I am normal now, but the facts and numbers say different. I am over weight. I am not sure on how much I weight and I am a little scared on looking. But I plan on looking. I am thinking I weight at least 180 to 190

  • Main Goal weight 150
  • End of November Goal weight 175
  • End of Dec. Goal weight 1 60
  • By the new year 150

By finding out my true weight this will Change.

The diet I am thinking of doing is a High Protein, low carb diet, by eating Fish/Seafood.

NO: Sweets unless sugar free, no bread unless wheat and only once a day, no pasta, Chicken, Beef.

For being active jog/walk every morning/evening.

I feel the need….

I feel the need to fast and work my ass of this weekend.. Then job hunting monday… well tuesday.. braces off Monday. 🙂

But yea I feel like I need to fast and just have water and we anything that is well diet and water… So i am fasting Sat and Sunday and Monday.. I think it be good.. Why not.. AND I need to jog have been bad on not jogging..

I know I should not do this, but I am. its better than purging (;  SO who is with me. ???
